Parent & Me

BOYS & GIRLS

WALKING TO 2 YEARS OLD

$69 / Monthly – 50 Minutes / Once A Week

Our Parent and Me classes are designed for kids walking to 2 years old and their parents. Your gymnasts will learn introductory gymnastics skills and will be introduced to all the events. Parents will participate with their child through the lesson plan and will be taught proper spotting techniques. This class also uses many cognitive development stations such as color sorting, counting, identifying, and listening skills!
*Please no siblings

Preschool Gymnastics

BOYS & GIRLS

AGES 3 – 5 YEARS

$69 / Monthly – 50 Minutes / Once A Week

Our Preschool classes is designed for kids 3-5 years old. We will introduce gymnastics terms, start to learn basic skills, work on balance, coordination, listening skills and independent stations/rotations. During the class they will learn skills like forward/backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, etc… This is a great transition class from our preschool program to our recreation program that starts at 6 years old.

Advance Preschool Gymnastics

BOYS & GIRLS   AGES 4 – 5 YEARS

$69 / Monthly – 50 Minutes / Once A Week

Our Advance Preschool class is designed to teach ages 4 - 5 secondary level gymnastics skills.   In this class they will continue to build upon the foundations and skills they have learned in previous classes.  They will learn more advanced skills, skill combinations, strength, and flexibility. *This is an advance class and is available by instructor recommendation only.

GIRLS BEG GYM

Girls Beginner Gymnastics

GIRLS AGES 6 AND UP

$74 / Monthly – 55 Minutes / Once A Week

Our Beginner Recreational classes are made to teach gymnastics skills on all four Olympic events. In this class kids will learn rolls, handstands, cartwheels, pulls overs, and casting.  We will also practice basic agility, strength building, flexibility, and class bonding! No prior gymnastics experience is required.  All students that can successfully complete the requirements will be moved up to intermediate gymnastics!

BOYS GYM

Boys Gymnastics

BOYS AGES 6 AND UP

$74 / Monthly – 55 Minutes / Once A Week

Our Boys Beginner Recreational classes are made to teach gymnastics skills on all six Olympic events. In this class kids will learn rolls, handstands, cartwheels, pulls overs, and casting.  We will also practice basic agility, strength building, flexibility, and class bonding! No prior gymnastics experience is required. 

INT TUMB

Intermediate Tumbling

(Back Hand Spring Focus)

BOYS & GIRLS AGES 6 AND UP

$74 / Monthly – 55 Minutes / Once A Week

This class with focus on drills needed to get your back handspring. We will continue to build strength and flexibility with more advance drills. Our tumbling classes train on the spring floor, rob floor, and tumble track.  Once you successfully complete the requirements, you'll be moved up to the advanced tumbling class!

Advanced Tumbling

BOYS & GIRLS AGES 6 AND UP

$74 / Monthly – 55 Minutes / Once A Week

Our Advance Tumbling classes are made to teach harder skills such as front handspring, front tuck, and round off connections. We will continue to build strength and flexibility with more advance drills. Our tumbling classes train on the spring floor, rob floor, and tumble track.

*Back Hand Spring is required for this class

NINJA GYM

Ninja Gym

BOYS & GIRLS AGES 6 AND UP

$74 / Monthly – 55 Minutes / Once A Week

Our Ninja Gym classes are for boys and girls ages 6 and up.  This class is designed to teach a fun combination of flips, rolls, and jumps.  Strength and agility will be tested through fun obstacle courses and various training techniques.
